"My experience at Dr. Buchanan's office was great. From the time you walk into his practice you notice a great deal of customer service. It starts at the front office. They are always smiling and doing whatever it takes to make you comfortable. Once you are seated in the examination chair, they are asking what type of movie you would like to watch or what type of music you would like to listen to. The examination chairs even massage you! The customer service continues on with Dr. Buchanan. Throughout my cleaning and filling, he is always talking to you and making sure you are comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Buchanan to anyone that is looking to have a nontraditional dentist experience. To sum it up Dr. Buchanan and his staff care about you!"

"I first came to Greystone Smile Design for teeth whitening and now use Dr. Buchanan for all my dental needs. His office has all the state of the art dental equipment and is always very clean and orderly. Most importantly though, is the way that he and his staff treats their patients. "I broke a crown off one afternoon.....panicked because my regular dentist was out of town for the week....I quickly called Dr. Trent Buchanan and he fit me right in to take care of it.....I have since had him do two more crowns and am very happy with the quality of his work. He and the staff are extremely friendly and professional. The interior design in his office is awesome...I would notice the detail since that is what I do......And the movie screen over your head is great too.
