Dr. Hedden is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he majored in sculpting and anatomy. He earned his medical doctorate from the University of South Florida College of Medicine and completed residencies at Louisiana State University and the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Dr. Hedden is board-certified in plastic surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS), International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS), American College of Surgeons, Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, American Medical Association, Jefferson Medical Association, Southern Medical Association and Alabama Medical Association.
